You can now invite people directly to a Lean Coffee session as a guest.

All they need to do is:
– Go to the URL
– Enter their name
– Join the meeting as a full participant.

There is no need for the person to register or provide their email address.

This is good for spontaneous sessions, one-off meetings or larger gatherings.

How to get the shareable guest URL

If you are the facilitator, just click on ‘Copy URL’ and send to invitees or include it in a meeting invite.

You will see the screen above when you create a new board or by clicking on this ‘gear’ icon on an existing board.

We’ve made it easier to join a Lean Coffee Table Session

For a simpler experience, we have introduced Google and Microsoft Sign In options. This doesn’t just mean we support Outlook and Gmail accounts but if your organisation uses services such as Office 365 or Googles GSuite you can use these too with Lean Coffee Table
